• 2009 Elected Site Officer, Grievance Rep and Executive Board member, AFSCME Local 1902

• 2016 Local 1902 reaches 90% membership and 40% PEOPLE Contributors

• 2016 Local 1902 receives AFSCME People "Most MVPs" award at Convention

• 2014 Local receives AFSCME PEOPLE performance award at Calif. and Int'l Conventions

• AFSCME International Conventions attended: 2010, 2012, 2014

• AFSCME Leadership Conferences attended: 2014, 2015, 2016

• Negotiated dozens of MOUs, Settlements, Fact Finding and Side Letters.

• Represent employees at numerous agencies throughout Southern California.

• Personally worked legislation which protected member jobs and expanded protections.
